Waystone and Green Team Network – Climate Finance Week Ireland

Navigating the S & G of ESG in Ireland

On Wednesday 22 November 2023, we were delighted to host an exclusive event as part of Ireland’s sixth annual Climate Finance Week in collaboration with the Green Team Network titled “Navigating the S & G of ESG”.

The panel discussion, moderated by Ann Sheils, with speakers Philip Lovegrove, Andrew Kehoe, and Catherine Smith McKiernan, delved into social issues and how they link in with climate finance and the broader sustainable finance agendas. The panel also discussed governance structures and how they can support environmental and social issues in the context of the real economy and financial services organisations, in addition to exploring the impact of mandatory corporate reporting requirements on these social and governance issues.
