References to Waystone throughout these Terms shall be deemed to include Waystone Governance Ltd and each of its affiliated companies (“Affiliates”, together “Waystone”), who shall be entitled to enforce all rights and benefits under these Terms.

Use of Personal Data
Users are not required to provide any personal information to access public areas of our website. However, Waystone collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Waystone’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Waystone’s visitors use the Website. From time to time, Waystone may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate. Waystone secure servers protect its Users’ information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology to prevent unauthorised access. Unfortunately, no transmission of information via the internet is completely secure and Waystone cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site. A User has the right to ask Waystone not to process their personal data for marketing purposes by emailing [email protected]. Users may complain to the relevant Data Protection authority with jurisdiction over the processing of your personal data.
