General Terms of Business

       

      • Cayman Islands – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in the Cayman Islands (including, but not limited to, Waystone Governance Ltd., Waystone Corporate Services (Cayman) Ltd., Waystone Regulatory Compliance Services Ltd. and Waystone Holdings (Cayman) Ltd., but not including Waystone Asset Management (Cayman) Limited).
      • Waystone Asset Management (Cayman) Limited – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with Waystone Asset Management (Cayman) Limited.
      • Hong Kong – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in Hong Kong (including, but not limited to, Waystone Governance (HK) Limited).
      • Singapore – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in Singapore (including, but not limited to, Waystone (SG) Pte. Ltd, Waystone Compliance Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Waystone Corporate Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.).
      • United States – These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to an agreement entered into with a Waystone Contracting Party domiciled in the United States (including, but not limited to, Waystone Compliance Solutions (US) Ltd, Waystone Holdings (US) Limited, Waystone Administration Solutions (US) Inc. and Waystone Asset Management (USA) LLC).
