Cyril Delamare featured in Paperjam

      Objectif 30% de croissance par an pour Waystone. La firme spécialisée dans les services aux sociétés de gestion ouvre son capital à Montagu Private Equity dans un deal qui la valorise autour du milliard d’euros. Avec ce nouvel actionnaire, Waystone veut accélérer son développement.

      Montagu Private Equity succède à un autre capital-risqueur, MML Capital Partners, qui était entré indirectement au capital de Waystone en 2019 en prenant une participation dans l’un des membres fondateurs de ce nouveau groupe, l’irlandais DMS, qui regroupe en outre le luxembourgeois MDO de Martin Vogel et un autre irlandais, Montlake. MML détenait 48% du capital de Waystone, officiellement créé en mars dernier. «Avec le soutien de MML, Waystone a pu se positionner comme une société mondiale de gouvernance, de conformité et de gestion pour compte de tiers», explique le chief growth officer de Waystone, Cyril Delamare, fondateur de Montlake en 2009 et membre du conseil d’administration du groupe.
