Media Statement: Waystone Management Changes

Considering our growth and the current scale of the business, Waystone has decided to introduce new management to take the business through the next stage of its journey.

As such, we can confirm that Derek Delaney, CEO, has left the business alongside Paul Cahill, COO, and Glen Magee, CFO. The Board has already started the process to appoint their successors and in the interim Nancy Lewis, currently Chair, will lead the business on a full-time basis, supported by a strong leadership team.

Derek, Paul and Glen have all contributed greatly to the success of Waystone, and they leave the business in great health. The business performance remains strong with good long-term growth prospects underpinned by an exceptionally strong fiscal year 2022.

These departures are in no way linked to anything of a financial or regulatory nature and all regulators have been informed of these changes.

If you have a question about these changes, please reach out to your usual Waystone representative today.
