Waystone confirms exclusive negotiations with Link Group on the sale of Link Fund Solutions business

Following today’s announcement by Link Administration Holdings Limited (ASX: LNK) Link Group), the Waystone Group confirms that it is in a period of
exclusive negotiation with Link Group in respect of the potential acquisition of the Link Fund Solutions business.
Any transaction is subject to successful finalisation of due diligence, detailed legal agreements, board and other approvals.
