Nancy Lewis joins the Waystone Group as Non-Exec Chairperson

Waystone is delighted to announce that Nancy Lewis has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Waystone Group.

Nancy is an experienced board member and trusted business partner with a strong network of business relationships developed during her time working in a compliance and advisory capacity within leading organisations.

Nancy has a history of strong performance, utilising her financial and operational expertise to offer guidance to improve group efficiencies. At Waystone, Nancy will act as a key sounding board for the leadership team and offer strategic guidance as Waystone continues with its global vision to become an institutional provider of services to the asset management industry.

Derek Delaney, Global CEO, Waystone comments, “I first met Nancy over a decade ago during her time at Walkers Governance Services where she expanded the service from a single jurisdiction firm into a multi-jurisdictional offering. Her previous experience has given her a unique insight into the sector and her presence at a number of firms has directly contributed to their success and growth, something we hope to emulate at Waystone as we work together to support the growth of the business.”

Nancy currently joins Waystone after many years advising multiple Private Equity houses in the Professional Services space. Nancy’s past appointments include Fenergo, Growth Advisory Board and Duff and Phelps where she was Board Member and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Nancy currently serves as a Director on Tricor Group and is also an active member of Women Corporate Directors Foundation, the only global membership organisation and community of women corporate directors. In addition, Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
