Waystone to provide full corporate services to Avilease’s Irish platform

Waystone is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the corporate service provider for Avilease’s aviation platform. AviLease, headquartered in Riyadh, was launched in 2022 and aims to be a leader across the aviation leasing value chain, maintaining an optimal portfolio of assets with its core focus on leasing, trading, and asset management services.

Waystone will be providing full corporate services to AviLease’s Irish entities.

Waystone’s selection as the corporate service provider for this platform represents another significant milestone in the evolution of its corporate services offering. Waystone’s success in winning this mandate was due to its dedicated team’s track record in providing quality service across multiple locations including Ireland. Waystone was also able to demonstrate its experience and its relationships with industry-leading firms to service this aircraft portfolio transaction.

Frank Dowling, Managing Director, Structured Finance, comments, “This mandate is a further example of the market view of the service that we provide to our clients. Additionally, it demonstrates our cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional operating model which clients come to expect of a global player in this sector.” Andy Murphy Managing Director and Head of Strategy, Structured Finance added, “Our team was able to demonstrate its extensive aviation experience and international footprint and its ability to meet client requirements in a timely and effective manner.”
