Nancy Lewis is Executive Chair at Waystone, leading the business on all operational and strategic matters, supported by a strong established senior management team across business lines and core functions. Nancy joined the Waystone board in 2022, bringing over 20 years of international executive and non-executive board experience in regulated industries in all major financial centres. Nancy is also the Chair of the Audit and Renumeration Committees at Waystone.
Nancy has worked as an advisor for financial sponsors for the last eight years. She has particular expertise evaluating and handling due diligence on target companies as well as operational development of portfolio companies including integration, technology, systems, and process improvement. Her previous executive experience includes being on the Executive Board and as the Chief Operating Officer of Intertrust Group post the acquisition of Walkers Management Services (“WMS”). At WMS Nancy was the CEO responsible for the group’s global operations and led the divestment of WMS from Walkers Law Firm.
Nancy is an active member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation, the only global membership organisation and community of women corporate directors. Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
