Austin Brady
Director, Investment Management Oversight
Austin Brady joined Waystone in 2020, bringing with him over 14 years of investment management experience. Austin has both middle office and front office experience in credit risk, securitisation, portfolio management and trading of ABS bonds and public sector and corporate loans, having worked at Dexia Credit Local for over 13 years.
At Waystone, in his role as Director, Austin is the principal contact for credit funds in the Investment Management Oversight team and is responsible for investment monitoring of portfolio managers and funds operating under Waystone Management. Austin also provides support to the DP for Investment Management within the team and is a member of both the Waystone Investment and Valuation Committees.
Austin has a first-class, (honours) master’s degree in Economics and Finance and holds a PhD in Financial Economics, both completed at University College Cork.
