Wendy McNamee Twamley
Senior Director: Corporate Secretarial Services
Wendy joined Waystone in 2018 and is Senior Director of Corporate Secretarial Services. A practiced Company Secretary with over seventeen years of experience, Wendy has worked with investment funds, both on and offshore and within the charity sector.
Prior to joining Waystone, Wendy was based in the UK at an offshore administrator where she provided company secretarial services for a number of LSE infrastructures across multiple jurisdictions.
At Waystone, Wendy is responsible for the global company secretarial services offerings, overseeing a global team of company secretaries providing corporate secretarial and corporate governance services in seven global jurisdictions.
Wendy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), has a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and holds a LLB from the University of Ulster.
