Product Lead - Quantitative Solutions
Vasileios joined Waystone in 2014 and has served as a Managing Director since 2021. In his current role, he is the Product Head for Portfolio Solutions within Waystone’s Regulated Fund Solutions business. He also serves as a Director on the boards of Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A. and Waystone Management UK Ltd. Prior to his current position, he spent three years as European Head of Investment Risk Management at Waystone.
He has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with expertise spanning a broad range of asset classes and strategies. His experience includes valuation and risk modelling across derivatives, structured credit, and liquid asset strategies, as well as alternative assets such as loan origination and real estate.
Vasileios holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London and a PhD in Applied Physics from Aston University, Birmingham. He also earned a Master of Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Aston University.
