Sam McKenna

Sam joined Waystone in 2016 in the Dublin office where he developed a sound knowledge and understanding of UCITS and AIFMD fund products. Sam is currently based at the Waystone operation in London, working within the relationship management team of Waystone Management (UK) Limited where he manages a portfolio of clients with a particular focus on UK-based investment managers.

Prior to joining Waystone, Sam held roles at State Street as a Team Leader in their Investor and Distributor Services department, managing a number of tier one institutional clients. In his four years there Sam also held roles within the AML and Payments & Reconciliations departments.

Sam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management with a specialisation in Finance from Technological University Dublin (formerly Dublin Institute of Technology).

Sam holds a Professional Certificate in Asset Management from University College Dublin and is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA), awarded by the Institute of Banking. He also chairs our ACD investment committee as well.
