Ronan Daly

With a career in the financial services industry stretching back to 1994, Ronan brings significant expertise in corporate governance and business management to his role.

As a Senior Executive, Waystone Administration Solutions, Ronan plays a key role in steering Waystone’s fund administration strategies and embedding industry best practices into its operations. He is a frequent speaker at key business forums and serves as a non-executive director for several investment funds, contributing his insights on governance, ethics and industry best practice in a board capacity.

Previously, Ronan held a series of senior positions in the financial services industry. He was a co-founder of the Centaur group of companies, where he served as part of the executive management team from 2009 until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023.

Prior to this, Ronan spent over a decade with Citi Hedge Fund Services, where he was a Managing Director, and its predecessor, BISYS Hedge Fund Services. Ronan was the President of BISYS Hedge Fund Services from 2005 to 2007 and served as its Managing Director in Ireland from 2000 to 2005.

Ronan is a qualified solicitor (England and Wales) and barrister, and attorney (Bermuda). Having obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Manchester, he went on to The College of Law, London, where he furthered his legal studies. Ronan is an active member in industry-specific groups, sharing his expertise through public speaking engagements.
