Lana joined Waystone in 2021 and has over 15 years of experience working within corporate services and fund administration with a cross-functional expertise in customer-facing roles, management and administration.
Prior to joining Waystone, Lana was a Team Leader at Campbells Corporate Services and previously at Walkers where, as Team Leader, she managed a team of administrators across all areas of corporate services including, setting up Companies, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Foreign Companies, entering Directors and Shareholders and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies such as CIMA.
As Manager, Corporate Services at Waystone, Lana has day-to-day oversight for Waystone Corporate Services including, staff, products and operations for the Fiduciary department. Lana oversees the maintenance of official corporate records and works closely with the Fund Governance team to provide related corporate administration to a wide range of companies. Lana ensures that all processes are functioning optimally and, where necessary, implements changes to keep pace with an ever-changing regulatory environment.
