Geraldine Lynch has over 20 years change management and transformation experience within financial services, working predominantly in technology environments, delivering business and client value.
At Waystone, Geraldine is responsible for reviewing and developing the existing internal business systems and processes. Geraldine leads the overall integration, design and implementation of technology initiatives on a global level, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies. Geraldine works closely with the Head of Product Management and our IT professionals to develop and drive the company’s overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap and assists with the development of new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service level.
Prior to joining Waystone, Geraldine held the role of ISS Transformation & Engagement Consultant at Fidelity International Ltd. In this role, Geraldine worked on their strategic transformation roadmap which involved developing new capabilities to significantly enhance the client offering, as well as transformation of the infrastructure and operating model. Previously, Geraldine worked at Citi where she assisted the Global Head of Securities Services Technology with implementing the vision and strategy for technology. Prior to that, Geraldine spent over eleven years working at Northern Trust Corporation and was involved in all aspects of change management across Global Fund Administration.
Geraldine has a Professional Diploma in Strategy, Development & Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership from University College Dublin, a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Dublin Business School, and a BA Degree from University of Limerick. Geraldine is also certified in Project Management, Business Analysis and IT Service Management.
