Denis Harty
Country Head – Continental Europe
Denis leads Waystone in Continental Europe and has responsibility for delivery across all product lines. Additionally, his role involves leading and aligning the Continental Europe team across the Management Company, Administration other product lines. Denis is a Board Member of Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A. and Waystone Administration Solutions (Lux) SA
Before joining Waystone, Denis served as the Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Alfa Asset Management (Europe) SA, where he oversaw all aspects of the management and commercial development of a licensed and supervised investment firm in Luxembourg. Denis has held various other senior leadership positions at investment firms, asset managers, and asset servicing firms including JP Morgan and Credit Suisse.
Denis is both a Chartered & Certified Accountant, awarded from the respective Irish institutes, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Accounting from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
