Denis Harty

Denis leads Waystone in Continental Europe and has responsibility for delivery across all product lines. Additionally, his role involves leading and aligning the Luxembourg team across the Luxembourg Management Company, Administration Company and other business lines.

Before joining Waystone, Denis served as the Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Alfa Asset Management (Europe) SA, where he oversaw all aspects of the management and development of a licensed and supervised investment firm in Luxembourg. Denis has held various other senior leadership positions at investment firms, asset managers, and asset servicing firms including JP Morgan and Credit Suisse.

Denis is a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ireland and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Accounting from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
