Urszula Budzinska joined Waystone in 2022 and has a wide range of experience of real estate, private equity and UCITS funds set up and business operations. At Waystone, Urszula is responsible for the launch and management of client relationships and ongoing governance of funds and is the lead contact for fund boards and investment managers, ensuring that funds are operationally efficient.
Prior to joining Waystone, Urszula was Vice President, Head of Onboarding at Kroll, where she created and implemented the fund onboarding process, setting up predominantly private equity and real estate funds. Urszula led and coordinated whole funds project cycles, working with multiple service providers, launching a significant number of fund structures for global companies. Within this role, Urszula also performed portfolio manager due diligence and AML/KYC checks.
Urszula has a Master’s degree in Economic Policy from University of Potsdam in addition to an MA in International Relations and Affairs and Postgraduate Diploma from European Academy of Diplomacy.
