Susanne Moran is a highly-experienced risk leader with 20 years of experience in financial services with core areas of expertise and interest including risk management, strategic change, continuous improvement and leadership and culture.
At Waystone, Susanne’s focus is on leading the continual augmentation of the existing Group Outsourcing Framework to mitigate group outsourcing risks. Susanne also has oversight of operational controls to ensure that quality is maintained and improved.
Prior to joining Waystone, Susanne was Head of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Programme, Change and Capability Delivery at Bank of Ireland Group and was accountable for the oversight of the NFR function change initiatives and capability uplift, including the NFR Improvement Programme.
Susanne holds a B.Sc. Business (Hon) from Halmstad University, Sweden and a Diploma in Data and Analytics in Financial Services from University College Dublin. In addition, Susanne holds a Diploma in Banking Risk Management practices and a Diploma in Consumer Protection Risk, Culture and Ethical behaviour in Financial Services, also from University College Dublin.
