Samantha Mevlit is a CIMA qualified management accountant with extensive experience working within financial services and in the manufacturing industry.
Samantha joined Waystone in 2016 and in her current role as Director Finance, Europe, provides leadership over the financial control and reporting processes of the Waystone group of companies. Samantha develops and implements financial solutions within the organisation while maintaining and controlling the financial operating systems and providing direction in all finance-related issues.
Samantha holds a PCF role within Waystone and brings deep-seated expertise from the regulatory side of the business from reporting to regulatory bodies and advising on regulatory changes.
Prior to joining Waystone, Samantha gained experience working within the manufacturing industry as Management Accountant at Glanbia and previously, Operations Accountant at Waters Corporation.
Previously, Samantha worked within financial services as a Senior Fund Accountant with Citco Fund Services and BNP Paribas before promotion to Supervisor with Macquarie Funds Group.
Samantha is an honor’s graduate of the Michael Smurfit School of Business, Dublin having attained a Master’s Degree of Business Studies in Project Management. In addition, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) from Waterford Institute of Technology.
