Head of ManCo Operations – Europe and Conducting Officer
Riccardo joined Waystone in 2008 as Risk Manager. Today, Riccardo is Head of ManCo Operations – Europe for Waystone and Conducting Officer of Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A. Riccardo is responsible for setting and delivering the strategic risk management vision for Waystone across Europe including providing oversight and direction to the Risk Management and Operations Teams.
Riccardo began his career in the funds industry in 1998 when he began working for JP Morgan London as a Business Analyst. Riccardo has extensive experience in the funds industry with specialisation in UCITS funds, strategic marketing, equity management, risk management, performance and portfolio analysis.
Riccardo has an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Milan and is a member of the CFA. In addition, Riccardo holds a Financial Risk Management (FRM) Certificate with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
