Pat is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) with 20 years’ experience in Senior Company Secretarial roles in the Audit, Banking, Structured Finance and Financial Services sectors.
Pat and the Company Secretarial Team are responsible for administering a large portfolio of legal entities, Branches, Structured Finance SPVs and Section 110 entities, ensuring compliance with all aspects of Corporate Governance & Compliance. Pat also deals with Company Formations, Corporate Structures, ongoing Company Secretarial Support and he frequently attends and take minutes at Board Meetings.
