Patricia is a senior compliance and legal professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.
In her current role as Assistant Vice President Compliance, Patricia plays a key role in the design and ongoing maintenance of all compliance related policy and procedure manuals and assists with the design and delivery of internal compliance training. In addition, she provides advice and guidance on complex compliance and regulatory matters.
Previously, Patricia held the role of Senior Compliance Associate at Centaur until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023, where she ensured that all of Centaur’s regulatory requirements were identified and met. This included all relevant regulatory requirements and standards relating to the provision of regulated services in relevant jurisdictions, AML regulations, fitness and probity standards, minimum capital requirements and financial reporting requirements.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Business from Maynooth University and has achieved the IOB Professional Certificate in Compliance.
