Nicole Ramroop is a Director at Waystone and is based in the Cayman Islands with a practice that includes a wide range of sophisticated private investment funds. Nicole has over ten years of experience in regulatory and compliance oversight across a wide range of fund structures including, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and bespoke structures with specialisms that include the design, implementation and management of internal controls and operating procedures. In addition, Nicole has extensive experience in performing all areas of hedge fund audits.

      Nicole has been involved in assisting numerous US and European-based open-end and closed-end funds across various investment strategies, including fund-of-one arrangements for prominent US and international investors.

      Nicole also has significant experience guiding stakeholders through various extraordinary events including, complex litigation, financial restructuring and dispute resolution matters.
