Liliana Solomon is responsible for overseeing the global financial operations for Waystone. Liliana has over 25 years of demonstrated financial leadership across a range of industries including telecommunications and hospitality.
Throughout her career, Liliana has delivered impressive financial results and driven sustainable growth in transformational leadership roles. She has demonstrated extensive knowledge of business performance management and financial strategy, successfully executing transformational change and overseeing major acquisitions, whilst adapting to changing market conditions.
Liliana most recently served as CFO at Awaze Group, Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resort business. Prior to this, Liliana held the role of European CFO at the Vodafone Group, and previously as CEO of the company’s operations in Romania. Liliana has also served in financial control and CFO roles throughout her career with leading brands including T Mobile UK and Deutsche Telekom.
Liliana received an MBA from INSEAD and a doctorate and graduate degree in Physics from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. Liliana speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Romanian.
