Glenn Johnston is responsible for business development across North America for Waystone Compliance Solutions, working with clients in the asset management and finance industry and their legal advisors.
Prior to joining Waystone, Glenn had over 20 years of experience with risk consulting and law firms. Glenn worked at Kroll for more than a decade, leading business development initiatives for all practices, including investigations and disputes, investment due diligence, shareholder activism and proxy contests, litigation support, asset searches and cyber security.
Glenn has a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin.
