Eoin Carroll

Eoin joined Waystone in 2018 and has a broad range of experience within the Securities and Funds industry which he has worked in since 2007. Over this period, Eoin has gained extensive knowledge and experience in UCITS and AIF fund structures across Europe.

In his current role as Head of Client Onboarding for Ireland in Waystone’s Dublin office, Eoin is responsible for the management of the Ireland onboarding team. The onboarding team are responsible for the governance, oversight, and implementation of the Waystone funds regulatory and operational framework during the onboarding stage.

Prior to joining Waystone, Eoin worked at State Street as a Client Service Operations Manager for its largest global client. Previously, Eoin was Vice President at Citibank Securities & Fund Services where he spent ten years working in client management, change control and project management roles. During his time at Citi, Eoin gained extensive product knowledge across the global securities industry managing platinum clients and global projects. In his project management role at Citi, Eoin was responsible for the implementation and integration of new business across Citi custody, fund administration and transfer agency, gaining years of experience and knowledge in areas such as global markets, securities trading, foreign exchange, cash management, investor services and global trading platforms.

Eoin is a member of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and approved by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Non-Executive Director (PCF-2A). Eoin also serves as a non-executive Director for the Waystone QIAIF Platform ICAV.
