Éadaoin, an ACA qualified accountant, joined Waystone in 2020. In her current role as Director, Corporate Services, Éadaoin is based in the Cashel office and is responsible for managing a portfolio of SPVs including both aviation and non-aviation clients. Éadaoin acts as director on the board of a number of client companies specialising in the area of aviation and structured finance clients. In addition, Éadaoin carries out the review and interpretation of aviation related transactional documentation in connection with the financing, acquisition and leasing of portfolios of aircraft.
The Waystone Structured Finance division focuses on complex and bespoke structured finance transactions across all asset classes, including aircraft leasing and S110 companies, providing clients with services including, SPV incorporation and co-sec services.
Prior to joining Waystone, Éadaoin held the position of Senior Manager Group Finance for AerCap Ireland, a leading global aircraft leasing business. Previously Éadaoin completed her accountancy training with PwC in Limerick, Ireland.
Éadaoin has a first class honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
