Dan Murphy is a professional in the Irish funds industry with over five years of experience in both operations and operational risk. In 2018, Dan joined ML Capital, which became part of the Waystone group. Prior to this, Dan was an M&A Analyst with Bloomberg LP, through Infosys BPO, in Dublin.
Dan is based in Waystone’s Dublin operation and is a member of the Investment Management Oversight Team. While with the company, Dan has worked on the operations side of the business with the relationship managers where he has implemented fundamental changes to how the business captures data and produces reporting. In addition, Dan has also worked within the DP and operational risk side of the business.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Spanish from Dublin Institute of Technology (now TUD) and a Professional Certificate for Designated Persons in a Fund Management Company, from the Institute of Bankers.
