Caroline Jones is an experienced financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience in the dynamic, competitive and rapidly changing environment of aviation financial services.
Caroline has deep domain expertise in financial and management reporting, commercial dealings and treasury functions. In addition, Caroline has a specialist focus on aviation insurance.
With key experience in project, systems and process roles Caroline has held various roles focused on personnel management and leadership skills throughout her career.
Caroline joined Waystone from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) where she held the role of Vice President & Manager, Aviation Insurance. In this role, Caroline was responsible for insurance procurement processes, including meeting with insurance brokers and presentations to a worldwide insurance market. Caroline led and managed a team of insurance executives with responsibility for the negotiation of the insurance clauses within the aircraft lease agreements, working cross functionally with other business teams.
Caroline is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
