Andrew Berry
Head of ACD Product Governance
Andrew has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial services, working in retail funds, fund platforms, fund accounting, administration, and investment oversight.
Based in London, Andrew is Head of Waystone’s UK Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) Product Governance. In this role, Andrew leads the governance, oversight and regulatory compliance of the ACD’s UK investment funds, ensuring the funds deliver good customer outcomes and remain appropriately managed throughout their lifecycle.
Andrew joined Waystone in October 2019 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Host Capital Ltd. He has worked in the UK ACD for over 8 years, becoming a Board member in 2020. Prior to Waystone, Andrew has held senior roles at DST Systems (formerly IFDS), Bank of New York Mellon and Cofunds Ltd.
Andrew is IAQ qualified (the Investment Administration Qualification), and throughout his career has extensive experience in the set-up and operation of UK ACD companies, fund administration, UK fund launches, onboarding and migration projects.
