With over 25 years in Cayman Islands financial services spanning fund governance, structured finance, and fund administration, Stephanie has built cross-border teams, platforms, and operating frameworks that enable Waystone to deliver a consistent, high-quality board support service across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to her governance career at Waystone, she served as a Director at Bank of America (Cayman) Ltd and held senior fund administration and portfolio analytics roles at Admiral Administration and Fortis Fund Services (Cayman) Limited, gaining hands-on experience across NAV production, share registration and middle office reporting.
Stephanie studied at the International College of the Cayman Islands.
