Wayne Beighton

Wayne has 30 years’ experience in financial services working for banks and asset managers prior to joining Waystone in June 2024.

In his role as Managing Director, Business Development at Waystone, Wayne works closely with the CEO, COO, and Senior Management of Waystone’s strategic asset management clients to deliver regulatory, compliance and administration solutions for asset managers and their investment funds. Wayne also acts as Director on behalf of one of Waystone’s clients for a UK domiciled entity.

Wayne’s previous roles include Head of Asset Management Sales at HSBC as well as Senior Vice President, Northern Trust where he was also responsible for key strategic relationships within their Asset Servicing business. Prior to this he has also held Business Development roles at State Street as well as being Co-Head of the European Performance and Risk team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Wayne has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies and Corporate Finance from London Guildhall University and also holds the IMC.
