As Waystone’s Chief Financial Officer, Richard is responsible for leading Waystone’s financial strategy, including financial planning, capital management and value creation.
Richard brings over 20 years of experience operating within complex, international services organisations, with deep expertise across financial strategy, governance, capital management and M&A. He has led large-scale transformation and value creation initiatives, as well as supporting capital markets activity to drive sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Waystone, he held senior finance and transformation roles at Aztec Group, Equiom Group and Värde Partners. He began his career at EY, where he qualified as an accountant in 2004 and advised private equity clients on deal activity.
