A qualified accountant, Orla brings with her significant international expertise in the investment funds industry, having been actively involved since 2003.
As the Managing Director, Fund Administration, Orla’s role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities including managing client relationships, driving continuous process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
Prior to Waystone, Orla was Head of Operations at Centaur Fund Services until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023, where she was responsible for leading the operations team. Before joining Centaur, Orla worked at SS&C GlobeOp as a Senior Vice President and at Citi, where she progressed from an Assistant Vice President in Bermuda to a Senior Vice President in the New York City Area.
Orla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified CIMA accountant.
