Oliver Murphy is a Senior Controls and Assurance professional with more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries. At Waystone, Oliver is based in the Dublin office, with expertise that includes process engineering, optimisation & stabilisation, compliance & risk management, and Management System (CAP1224) implementation.
At Waystone, in his role as Director within the Enterprise Risk Team, Oliver is responsible for the augmentation of the quality control assurance framework encompassing all controls across the Waystone Group. In addition, Oliver is actively involved in new product development, collaborating to design scalable, comprehensive and robust controls.
Oliver joined Waystone from DAA where he held the role of Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing the Aviation Security Management System implementation across Dublin & Cork Airports. Oliver was also responsible for the management of regulatory compliance programmes against European regulatory requirements with regards to the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP).
Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Electronics from the University of Limerick, a Postgraduate Diploma in Quality Management from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
