Noelle White
Product Lead – Structuring
Noelle is a Managing Director in Waystone’s Management Company in Ireland, with a rich background in various investment funds, including UCITS, Exchange Traded Funds, and Alternative Fund models such as private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate funds. She began her journey with Waystone in 2017 as an Associate Director in Dublin, focusing on client service delivery and relationship management for European products.
Currently, as the Product Lead – Structuring, Noelle is responsible for defining and developing the Management Company (ManCo) and Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) products. Her role aims to expand Waystone’s product offerings globally for both existing and new clients. Additionally, she serves as a director for several investment fund vehicles, mainly in the real estate, private equity, and private debt sectors.
Noelle is a qualified solicitor and holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business and Law from University College Dublin. She also has a Higher Diploma (Hons) in Applied Alternative Investments from the Institute of Bankers, accredited by UCD.
