Maryane Guion has over 20 years of experience in senior accounting roles and a financial background that specialises in streamlining business operations, generating operational cash flows, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
At Waystone, as Financial Controller, Maryane manages Waystone’s Asian legal entities from a financial perspective, including preparation of the financial accounts for management reporting and audit.
Prior to joining Waystone, Maryane held the role of Financial Controller at Doodle Labs organisation where she provided executive-level leadership, expert recommendations, consultancy and direction on financial and accounting tasks which included analysing the company’s performance, risk assessments, financial statement preparations, month/year-end closing processes and budgeting processes.
Maryane holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). In addition, Maryane is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) and a member of Singapore Chartered Tax Professional (SCTP). Maryane is also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
