Mark Sheehan

Mark leads Waystone’s Regulatory and Investor Reporting Solutions, Global AML Solutions, Corporate Support Solutions and Digital Assurance Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial development and ongoing evolution of these solutions, ensuring they address clients’ regulatory, governance, operational and investor reporting needs. Mark brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role. He joined Waystone in 2019 as an Executive Director, with responsibility for relationship management and the delivery of Waystone’s European products to a global client base. He also currently acts as an independent director on the boards of a number of companies and investment funds.

Mark holds a Degree in Business Studies (First Class Honours) from Technological University Dublin. He is a licentiate of the Institute of Bankers of Ireland and holds the designations of Qualified Financial Advisor and Registered Stockbroker. He has also completed several professional financial diplomas from the Institute of Bankers of Ireland throughout his career.
