Jérôme is a member of the Legal team at Waystone. Jérôme has over 14 years work experience, during which he worked for over 10 years in the investment fund industry as a Luxembourg qualified lawyer and legal counsel. In his day to day role, Jérôme is involved in the setting-up of the regulated and unregulated funds in Luxembourg, assisting clients from a legal point of view during the on-boarding process and the daily administration of their structures.
Jérôme has in depth knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements and is an active member of Association of Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Prior to joining Waystone, Jérôme worked for CMS De Backer and KPMG Luxembourg assisting asset managers on establishing and winding up Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
Fluent in French, English and German, Jérôme holds a master’s in Business Law from the University de Lorraine.
