Jade Tam is an experienced financial services senior professional with 15 years of experience leading operations teams in global transformation/change projects and programmes of work.
Jade has a proven track record of successfully delivering regulatory and global transformation projects such as FATCA, GDPR, PSD2, Solvency II. Jade has experience in change management, project and programme management, relationship management, mutual and hedge fund administration, custody and operational risk.
Prior to joining Waystone Jade was Associate Director, Operational Risk Change Initiatives at RBC Investor & Treasury Services.
At Waystone, as Director, Strategic Initiatives, Jade leads projects driven by regulatory requirements and/or best practice enhancements to support clear, auditable, scalable management information. Jade works on Waystone’s Operational Resilience Framework (“ORF”), a key governance framework that manages risks for the Waystone group. Other areas of responsibility include ERMA augmentation, risk assessments and updating of control frameworks to meet changing legislative requirements globally.
Jade has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Munster Technological University. In addition, she holds a Professional Diploma in Compliance and a Professional Certificate in Applied Financial Services from University College Dublin. Jade also holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School.
