Fouzia Hafeez

Fouzia is Head of Relationship Management, UK at Waystone, where she leads the Relationship Management and Client Service teams. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Fouzia is dedicated to building strong client partnerships and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Together with her team of Relationship Management and Client Service professionals, Fouzia works closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, support their evolving business needs, and oversee Waystone UK’s delivery against agreed service standards and client expectations.

Before joining Waystone, Fouzia was an Associate Director within the Relationship Management team at Russell Investments, where she held primary responsibility for managing vendor relationships. Prior to this, she served as Senior Manager, Client Services at RBC, leading a team of Client Service Managers and focusing on delivering exceptional service and client outcomes.

Fouzia holds a Professional Certificate in Management and an Investment Administration Qualification.
