A financial services professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in leading global banking and insurance businesses, Fiona joined Waystone in 2021.
At Waystone, in her role as Director, Enterprise Risk Management, Fiona is responsible for the implementation and ongoing program management of the Group Risk Management Framework. Fiona assists the internal teams at Waystone in the implementation and management of their Risk Management Frameworks and oversees the implementation and execution of risk assessments and escalation management protocol.
Fiona joined Waystone from AXA XL, Dublin where she held the position of Deputy COO, XL Caitlin Services SE (XLCSSE), a newly created role following the transfer of XLCSSE (CBI regulated company) to Ireland. Here, Fiona established and managed a governance framework at Board and Committee level. Prior to this, Fiona held various roles in GE Capital including Programme Manager and as a member of the Treasury Front Office team.
Fiona holds a BBLS in Business and Legal (Hons) from University College Dublin.
