Denise Coughlan

In her role as Chief Transformation Officer, Denise is at the forefront of driving the integration and delivery of strategic transformational initiatives within the Waystone Group. Initially joining Waystone as the European Head of Compliance, Denise has also held the position of Chief Risk Officer, orchestrating the successful delivery of numerous mission-critical projects during her tenure.

Before joining Waystone, Denise served as the Compliance Manager at GE Capital, where she acquired a comprehensive understanding of markets infrastructure with a specific focus on global derivatives compliance. Denise began her career at Harvest Financial Services Ltd, where she held the position of Chairperson of their Compliance Committee.

Denise earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) from University College Dublin.
