David joined Waystone in 2020 and brings with him strong, management-level experience across client facing, consulting and operational roles within the asset management industry.
As Director at Waystone, David manages a team of Relationship Managers who are responsible for managing service levels and the ongoing governance of funds, including liaising with internal Designated Persons and supporting teams, and leading contact with clients, fund boards and across service providers, including the fund administrator, depositary, investment managers, auditors and legal advisors.
David joined Waystone from FundRock Group where he managed the Relationship Management and Onboarding functions for FundRock’s portfolio of Irish UCITS and AIF clients. He also previously held roles with PwC as part of their Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team and with BNY Mellon across a number of operational and client facing positions.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from NUI Maynooth and an MBA from the National College of Ireland. In addition, David also holds office as a Director on a number companies and funds.
