      Daniel leads Waystone’s EMEA Client Solutions team, driving strategic growth and deepening client partnerships across the region. Leveraging his extensive expertise in AIFMD, UCITS, and alternative investment vehicles, Daniel plays a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their strategic goals through Waystone’s leading institutional governance, administration and compliance solutions.

      With oversight of business development and relationship management across a diverse suite of products and clients—including for both traditional and alternative asset managers—Daniel is a key contributor in shaping Waystone’s market presence and our EMEA and global growth strategy.

      Since joining Waystone in August 2016, Daniel has held several senior leadership roles, including heading the North America Client Solutions strategy and team. His local and global perspectives and deep regulatory expertise have been instrumental in adapting Waystone’s service model with the evolving needs of clients across regions.

      Prior to joining Waystone, Daniel served as an attorney in the Asset Management & Investment Funds group at Dillon Eustace, a leading international law firm headquartered in Dublin. While heading the firm’s US Representative Office in New York, he advised US asset managers on the structuring, financing, distribution, and ongoing operation of traditional, hedge, private equity, and real estate funds within the AIFMD and UCITS frameworks.

      Daniel also spearheaded Dillon Eustace’s US business development efforts across all practice areas of its Irish and Cayman offices, including Banking & Capital Markets, Securitization & Structured Finance, Corporate M&A, and Litigation—bringing a multidisciplinary approach to client service and growth.

      A regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars, Daniel frequently addresses the impact of EU regulatory developments on the asset management community.

      Daniel holds a degree from University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
