Ard Crebas
Executive Director – Client Solutions
Ard Crebas joined Waystone in April 2025 as an Executive Director – Client Solutions, bringing extensive expertise across multiple product lines. His experience includes offshore and European solutions for both traditional and alternative asset managers as well as cross-border and US domestic SPV management and multi-jurisdictional carve-outs. Based in Atlanta, Ard is part of Waystone’s New York operations and focuses on business development and client relationship management in the Mid-Atlantic and South(east) regions.
Previously, Ard managed the North America & Caribbean business development team at TMF Group, covering all global service lines, including fund services, capital markets services and corporate services. Prior to TMF Group, Ard spent five years in various business development roles at Intertrust Group. In 2009, he relocated to the United States to lead the Atlanta office of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency.
Ard is a graduate of the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
