Andrew Kelly is a Director within the Structured Finance division of Waystone in Ireland. He specialises in the administration and governance of complex structured finance, securitisation, capital markets and private credit transactions across Irish and Luxembourg special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
In his role, Andrew works closely with arrangers, investment managers, lenders, trustees, custodians, valuation agents and other transaction counterparties to oversee the operational execution of a wide range of structures. He is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions, overseeing issuer administration services and supporting the lifecycle management of warehouse facilities, note issuance programmes, securitisations and other complex financing arrangements.
Prior to joining Waystone, Andrew worked within the alternative credit and structured finance sector, specialising in origination and structuring across asset-backed lending, private credit and capital markets transactions. His background provides him with a practical understanding of both the commercial and operational aspects of complex financing structures.
Andrew has extensive experience working with a broad range of asset classes, including private credit, asset-backed finance, trade receivables, consumer lending, real estate-backed assets and structured investment products. His expertise spans transaction execution and underwriting, governance, cashflow management, investor reporting, corporate services and ongoing SPV administration.
Andrew is a qualified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin.
