Alexandra Serban-Liebsch is the Chief Executive Officer, Board Member and Conducting Officer of Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A.
As CEO, she is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, governance, regulatory engagement, operational oversight and client service delivery. She works closely with the Board, regulators, clients and senior management to drive sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.
Alexandra joined Waystone in 2016 and has held a succession of senior leadership roles across legal, compliance and business operations. Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive expertise in governance, fund management, regulatory compliance and operational leadership within the investment funds industry.
Prior to joining Waystone, Alexandra specialised in cross-border fund distribution at Nordea Investment Funds and held compliance responsibilities at Wells Fargo Luxembourg.
A qualified Luxembourg lawyer, Alexandra holds Master’s degrees in Law and Business Administration and brings extensive experience in the investment funds and financial services industry, both in Luxembourg and internationally.
