Diarmuid Ryan
Global Head of Administration Solutions
Diarmuid Ryan is Global Head of Administration Solutions at Waystone and brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, with a strong track record of delivering results across the financial services, custody and fund administration space.
Diarmuid is responsible for Waystone’s Administration Solutions Business which covers all strategies from traditional to the full range of alternatives, private equity, private debt, real assets, liquid alternatives and hedge funds. He leads global administration strategy, innovation, client service and global operations which include fund administration, middle office and transfer agency services as well as depositary lite services, securitisation and aviation vehicles.
Before joining Waystone, Diarmuid was Global Head of Alternatives, Liquid Alternatives and Hedge Fund Services at BNP Paribas. Prior to this he held senior roles at State Street, Citi and Invesco, where he built expertise across traditional and alternative asset classes including private equity, private debt, UCITS, Alt UCITS, hedge funds, hybrids and liquid alternatives.
Diarmuid holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
